The cotton roll inserts are to line the bottom of the breast shell and absorb any milk that may drip during wear which includes 2 ventilated fronts, 2 prenatal backs, 2 postnatal backs, 10 absorbent pure cotton roll inserts and 6 soft felt comfort pads.
